Hi everyone.
I am working myself into a frenzy following my dad's diagnoses yesterday. He has a PSA 145 with a visible 1cm shadow on hip on the MRI scan so he has today had a bone scan. No Gleason score as yet presumably that will come next week at his next hospital visit. I am trying to stay positive and I've read/talked to people thatturn have haf similar stories. However after reading other stories I'm worried my dad had months if he's lucky :-(! He is nearly 77 has COPD, borderline type 2 diabetes and blood pressure and cholesterol all under controlcontrol with minimal/no meds. But I'm worried all this will restrict his treatment options. Can anyonr advisr what, his options are likely to bebe please?
Thanks
Robbo
