Ah what a day.... I knew it was going to be cancerous now awaiting to find out what we are dealing with. It's *** (excuse the pun) I see the heartbreak in my friends and loved ones as I tell them the news. I'm not scared yet. I'm just lost maybe.
I am so sorry to hear you have found out you have been diagnosed with bowel cancer. I just wanted to let you know that we are there for you anytime you need to talk or reach out to someone.
It can be a lot to take in and as you say seeing your friends and loved ones' reactions when you share the news with them must be very difficult. Sometimes it is easier to talk to others on this forum who have been there before and I hope you will hear from someone who is currently in the same boat. [@JessieD] would for example be a great person for you to talk to as she will relate to how you are feeling at the moment having herself been recently diagnosed with bowel cancer.
