Hi Everyone,

I am looking for a bit of advice. My dad was told last Thursday that he had lung cancer. Half of his left lung and three lymph nodes in his throat have been confirmed by the nurse after he had a scan.

He has another test next Thursday for a camera to go down and to take a swab of the area.

I feel so helpess in helping my dad as he is in pain and the not knowing part is starting to get him down. I am looking for a bit of advice from people who may of gone through this what to expect and if there is anything I can do to help him through this.
