Bladder cancer - 2 days after TURBT

just wanted to say hi   I had a TURBT on Friday for removal of two tumours. One quite large in the trigone.  Doing ok and home yesterday evening.  Now waiting for histology and MDT. 

Feels weird that I can hold more Urine and do a proper output rather than trickles.  

 

Im a 45 year old lady, never smoked. All very odd diagnosis

do you tend to get staging T score at the next appointment?  See my cystoscopy drawing below

    Welcome to the forum.

    I have bladder cancer had TURBT but was never told outcome/staging

    I also have frequent passing urine not so bad during the day but 5/6 times at night makes me very tired.

    I had a scan but after that I refused any more treatment...that was over 2 yrs ago.

    Was refered to McMillion nurse & GP.

    You are very young compared to me.

    Thank you.  Yes I have had nocturia x 5 times each night.  Exhausting as have a 7 year old child too.  I don’t sleep.  

    I have been passing urine with blood about 25 times a day.  It’s awful so glad large tumour gone now.  No idea on if invasive -had mitomyocin chemo also after TURBT. 

    Feeling positive though that it’s out.  Step one as the consultant said

    Good morning.

    I am new to the forum too. I am going in for my TURBT today. I hope you are recovering well from yours and the bleeding and night wees are reducing. The lack of sleep with a seven year old to care for sounds tough.
