Hello everyone, my name is Ann, I am 48 and have recently been diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma with occult primary. The cancer has spread to my lymph nodes in my neck and I am starting 6 weeks of radiotherapy and 2 courses of chemo in 2 wks. Yes it was a shock but now the worst thing for me is 5hinking of the side effects of treatment to my neck and throat. Iv heard they are pretty grim, ulcers in mouth throat, unable to swallow, taste and eventually a feeding tube for some time. I am looking for any particular sprays, or anything that helped anyone else in my position. Thankyou very much in advance.... Still shocked about the diagnosis but need to start thinking practically.
