I just wanted to welcome you to our forum and I hope you will hear from others here who have also looked after a loved one with terminal cancer. I am so sorry to hear the consultant said your mum only had months left. Unfortunately it is difficult to predict how the cancer will progress and how it might affect your mum as this will vary from person to person. It is good that she is currently well, that she still has appetite and is out and about. Try and make the most of the quality time you have with her and to do things you enjoy in her company.
