I'm so sorry to hear that you're going through this, and have been given this diagnosis.

I had a germ cell tumour at 23 and had ovary removed. I won’t say it was a doddle but overall it went well and no other treatment required. These tumours very treatable just make sure you look after yourself and heal well after surgery as I had problems with adhesions afterwards due to getting up and running around too soon! They said my fertility would be affected and I did struggle but had a naturally conceived son. I had an early menopause too but the gynaecologist would not commit to whether that was due to having one ovary. Very best of luck to you xxx
