I am cured of prostate cancer over two years ago with a static PSA of 0.25 reading.  But I have recently been diagnosed with early T3 stage cancer of the colon (caecum) and am earmarked for an operation within next few weeks.  CT scan showed small nodule on lung and a couple of small polyps in lower bowel.  Can anyone advise me if  I should seriously consider the following - canabis oil; tumeric and aspirin - as they appear to help stop or *** growth of cancer cells.  My research so far indicates considerable momemtum towards these products but none appear to have undergon empirical testing anywhere in the world.  I guess I have to go ahead with the operation but am very keen to prevent cancer returning if I possibly can so am willing to try a natural remedy.  Has anyone used any of the foregoing and if so was it successful and what were the timescales please
