So sorry to hear this. The shock is  so hard to deal with. Hopefully, you'll feel better when you get your treatment plan.

The lack of symptoms is not unusual. My partner was disagnosed with lung cancer in October and had no symptoms apart from one incident when he coughed up some blood. The doctor and the bronchial team were convinced it was nothing until we had the pet scan, when the world changed.

However, he's doing well now.
