I’ve been having dizzy spells the last couple of days - nothing to do with the mastectomy, seemed to have developed an inner ear thing which is most disagreeable! As a result I’m keeping close to the house and just getting on with my sewing!
I am so sorry to hear that you have had to have so many procedures to curtail your DCIS. I have had 2 bouts of breast cancer in the past 9 years. The first time I had a lumpectomy and, the second was a double mastectomy.
Believe it or not, I found the mastectomy easier than the lumpectomy and , note that others here have said the same.
I hope that all goes well for you on Monday. It is better to take away as much as you can first time around. I shall be thinking of you and praying for a good result.
