Hi I have recently been diagnosed with a tumor on my esophacus and have been told it is curable with flot chemo and then surgery. Has anyone ever had flot chemo as I'm told it is very strong .
Hi Mark just finished 4 sessions of flot . I was lucky as in I was not sick and was able to eat after 2nd round of flot. Must be strong stuff!! So must have shrank as I'm eating all my food after 2nd flot. So it must be shrinking. Just dreading the scan. If my scan is clear then in for surgery I'm happy for you doing great. I can't really find a forum like this ,people give there stories in Ireland. Glad to here you doing well which is fantastic take care.
My partner had his first round last Wednesday. He had bad sickness but they changed his meds last night. Sickness has gone but feels light headed. He hasn’t left bed for a week.
