I have cancer of the food pipe can anyone give me advice on what to eat l find it very hard to eat the smallest amount can only take a sip of liquid l am so hungry .l feel as though l starving myself to death.thanks
Think you could phone your oncology unit ... or your G.P as think they may need to find out why you can't have even a small amount of fluid or some form of food ..
You can get high energy shakes from a Drs prescription. . Which may help .. but deff see your Dr / oncology team ... chrissie. ..
Hi Haki Are you waiting for a treatment plan like me ? Up until recently I was managing with food liquidised in a Nutribullet The tumour in my Oesophagus has got bigger and more painful. Now I am living on Complan and Maltesers which dissolve in the mouth You need high calorie shakes full of vitamins and minerals to get by until your treatment starts Use full fat milk in coffee. Coconut milk is soothing Skips dissolve on your tongue but they gave me ulcers I hope your care team give you a treatment plan very soon xxx
