just read your post. I know how you’re feeling. I have a 5cm tumour, got to get my treatment plan, meet the team, go for bone scan, mri and ct. my tumor  was found on Tuesday at Breast clinic, Glasgow

. All I know it first step is to have chemo, like you.

Trust me you will feel better for sharing, the support I had had from family friends and employer has helped. It may help you to share, and you won’t be a burden to anyone.
