hi all,

i was diagnosed with grade 3, triple negative, invasive breast cancer two weeks ago tomorrow.

i am scheduled for a lumpectomy and to have some nodes removed on Wednesday this week, followed by chemo and radio.

im 37, recently married and have a 2 year old daughter. I'm absolutely terrified and have lots of random thoughts, like what if I have secondary cancer, what if I don't make it, probably the usual thoughts. I'm desperately trying to make sure I have everything in order before anything happens. 

I am due to have my at home wedding reception next Saturday (we literally got married 7 weeks ago) I landed home on the Saturday and found the lump on the Tuesday.

how long after surgery did you all start chemo? Did any of you continue to work through out treatment? I want to work but my head isn't there when I'm at work and I can't concentrate.
