My dads tummy ache was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer - my world fell apart as soon as I heard the words. I have a baby under one, but want to be his career and is living with me. 

We have all his results in a meeting tommorow and I’m very nervous even though we’ve been told it’s spread and there is no cure as it’s too far gone. I really feel I need to hear that there is hope for anyone that is living with pancreatic cancer. I know this journey will only get harder won’t it? And this hurting pain will never go away will it?
