Hi all,I’ve recently been diagnosed with small cell cervical cancer and I’m petrified as it’s soo rare and aggressive.im only 23 and I don’t know anyone who has this.
i am so sorry you’ve had this diagnosis- you will probably have so many emotions or total numbness at the moment- I have breast cancer so can’t comment on your diagnosis but there are so many lovely supportive people on here I’m sure someone will respond soon - this is a good place to come to chat or just to get things out there- hoping all will be well for you x
i don’t have small cell cancer but I do have stage 4 non curative cervical cancer. I understand it’s such a scary time waiting for results and appointments to see what will happen next.
have you been told what treatment they are going to offer you?
I know it’s a really confusing, scary time ( It always seems worse in the middle of the night too!) but your medical team will answer all your questions, and please ask away if there is anything at all I can help with I will try my best.
i hope you have a good support network around you, I just planned lots of fun things to do inbetween appointments to look forward to and keep me busy.
I know it’s a really difficult time but keep strong and positive.
