I'm not sure what the score means ... But if you write down any questions you or your dad have and ask for them to be explained at his next appointment ... Maybe you could go with him ... It's always good to right all the info down .. as it tends to go over our heads ...

I know your feeling really scared at the mo .. we all do on being told that word we never want to hear .. but you said your dad's pretty healthy ... That will help him ... Cancer has come a long way ... There's no garentees for any of us ... But if you can get that emotion out ... Then get in control for your dad .. the more people are strong around us the better I coped ... 

Cancer wants you all to brake .. it wants us to stay weak ... But I know when I got my boxing gloves on .. got in the ring .. looked it in the eye .. and I'm ready to punch it right back ... Coz there's lots of us in the same ring ... All trying to kick cancers butt ... It's not about winning , it's about getting cancer on the run ..

Try to live in the day ... Don't Google symptoms, they give you nightmare sinarios ... Take every problem as and when it pops up ... Share tears, hugs and don't be afraid to admit your both scared .. I know was at the beginning ... I had a grade 3 breast cancer and had a masectomy in july last year ... And I'm still here and doing well nearly 15months on ... It's not a walk in the park .. but it is doable ... 

You don't know how strong you are till your backs against the wall ... Wer all in that boxing ring with your dad ... Sending you a big hug ...  Chrissie x
