Not my thing but £140 sounds expensive ... unless it is a massive bottle.
High Street suppliers such as Holland and Barrett sell it at 5% - at least they are a reputable supplier and it is unlikely to be adulterated or polluted (apparently some of the CBD oil sold online has high levels of heavy metal pollutants in it).
This Huffpost article seems pretty well balanced ... www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/.../cbd-the-myths-and-facts_b_14103666.html

Welcome to the forum Gully.
I noticed you were asking about CBD oil so I just wanted to stop by and check if you've let your medical team know you are looking in to this. If you haven't mentioned anything to them about this yet then we would recommend you doing so when you next see them as taking this may interefere with any conventional treatment you may be having at the moment and possibly carry other side effects and risks as well.
There can be a lot of confusion about the term CBD oil so if you're using this in actual reference to cannabis oil then I need to let you know that this is not legal in the UK as it contains high levels of the mind altering substance THC.
Although there’s emerging evidence that molecules found in cannabis may one day be used to help people with cancer, we would advise against using black market or home-made preparations of cannabis oil. Not only is it illegal, but because it’s unregulated these products may be contaminated with harmful substances and vary in strength which again may impact on treatment already being given to you by your medical team. We have an very interesting article on our science blog about cannabis, cannabinoids and cancer just here if you'd like to find out more.
I hope this helps.
