I've been constipated on and off for over the years, the last 6 months have been even worse and I was just passing blood and no stools at all, finally I plucked up the courage to go to the doctors who ordered a colonoscopy for me, they were unable to carry this out as no bowel preps would work, so they carried out a Sigmoidoscopy instead this showed I had a tumour in my rectum and was restricted so even the camera could go no further, this was two days ago,

im being referred urgently to hospital but how do I cope with constipation until then or how will I even be able to go the toilet if I'm restricted, I'm in agony,
