Just Dignosed with type 4 Colon Cancer spread to liver.

I dont really know what to do. I have no symptoms and this was picked up from a routine endoscopy.

The cancer in my colon looked big in endoscopy but I was still hoping it hadn't spread.

I have had MRI of liver and it has slightly cloudy areas 4 on main lobe and 1 on other lobe. but it is only slightly darker.

I have been refered for review for surgery but they are moving forward towards Chemo too.

I am very scared at the moment..no idea how long I have and just want some helpful advice.....

Chemo looks very scarey

So sorry to hear of your diagnosis. I was diagnosed with stage 4 ovarian cancer September 2016. Initially I had no symptoms and only went to the GP with persistent indigestion!
I understand completely how scared and worried you must be, I felt exactly the same. Having googled ( big mistake) the prognosis, I was absolutely terrified!
Nearly 2 years on, I'm doing ok. Back on chemo at the moment, which is nowhere as bad as I imagined it would be. I'm not sure I'm being of any help, but just to let you reassure you that I know exactly what you're going through. I know everyone is different, but chemo for me hasn't been too bad at all.
