I am glad your lobectomy operation went well and I hope that you are managing to rest and recover well at home. If you are feeling a new pain, it might be worth giving your doctor a ring and mentioning it to them. They will be in the best position to help you in your particular situation and perhaps prescribe adequate medication to help you deal with the pain.

I hope you will also hear from some other forum members who have had a lobectomy before and that they will share their post operative stories with you.
