I found the actual surgery bit the easiest. A lot of waiting around but was home with a cuppa by 7-30 in the evening. Took a couple of paracetamol to make sure it didn’t bother me during the night but apart from that didn’t need anything else.
Yes, again not as bad as I had feared. Have to say that the nodes bit was the worst in terms of discomfort and still pulls eight months later but it doesn’t stop me in my tracks.
