Ok. I had biopsy done on my lymp nodes and they said it was clear but they want to do another which is very scary at the moment. I have to wait till the 14th May to have this done.
Also waiting for MRI appointment. It's funny because I feel like the lumps in my breasts getting bigger. Maybe it's my imagination. There is a lot of waiting around.
Going thro the testing is the worst part of all this. Once you know what you are dealing with, horrible tho it is, you start to function again. In the meantime, it feels like some form of psychological torture that is messing with your head.
Hi Vas. I am sorry to read of your recent diagnosis. I have just been diagnosed with bc (not triple negative) but I just wanted to say I completely agree with you, the waiting around is hell. I think my my lump has grown a bit too, not sure if it's all in my head. Spend my day wondering if it's in my lymph nodes or anywhere else.
Its enough to send you mad. I am having my op in 1 weeks time. I would have the op tomorrow if I could.
So sorry about your diagnosis. Yes I know I feel like i am wriggled with it! I have back ache and thinking maybe it's metastasized!!! The mind playing tricks.
What is your treatment plan? How do you feel? Op in 1 week.

I'm looking for wigs! Like I haven't got anything else to worry about.
Seeing I'm going to lose my hair anyway, I'm shaving it all off and and donating my hair to the little princess trust. Keeping myself busy.
My arm on the same side has been aching and I've had the occasional pain down my side. I just can't wait for this week to be over.

Treatment plan will commence after the op but I've already been told to expect Chemo. I've too been looking for wigs - had to stop in the end, got enough to worry about.
Ah the hair donation is a lovely idea and one I have also thought about. I think shaving is a good idea, gives control over something at least. We have to embrace the change. It will all work out fine, just keep telling yourself that. xx
I'm 43. Is your pain related? Maybe speak with your breast care nurse. Embracing change definitely. Soak up some vitamin D today the weather is beautiful.
