I know you're hoping to hear from others that have the same type of tumour as your dad so I've had a quick look around the forum and the most recent member I have found posting about this is [@Grannyannie22]. They haven't been back on the forum since January though so there is a chance you may not hear from them but you can find out more about them here. I've also found that the British Lung Foundation have a web community, which is similar to our forum, where you can chat to others with lung cancer so you may have more luck finding people to connect with there so do have a look when you can.
I'm not sure how much you know about pancoast tumours already but I've included some information we have about it on our website for you to have a look at in case you wanted to find out more.
