Welcome to the forum Legs11 although I'm sorry to read about your diagnosis and for the reason you are posting.

I saw you were asking about tumeric and liquid cannabis so I just wanted to share some articles we have with you about them. Although there is currently no research evidence to show that turmeric can prevent or treat cancer, early trials have shown some promising results which you can read more about here and although research is on-going, again, there is no concrete evidence to show that cannabis oil is effective in treating cancer. Do have a read of the post on our science blog which goes in to more detail about this. Alternative therapies such as these can be dangerous as they have not been tested in the same way as conventional treatments so do make sure you have a chat with your medical team before making any decisions.

At the end of the day it cannot hurt to adopt a healthier lifestyle.  It was only after I was told 'Terminal' that I took my lung cancer seriously.  Had part of my left lung removed and short course of chemo 'just in case'
A year later the cancer was in my brain and only palliative treatment on offer.
That's when I read about the link between sugar/carbs and cancer (no proof that refined foods cause cancer but since we are talking about calories with no useful nutrition it is worth cutting them out of your diet ; instead healthy whole plant based food (including turmeric root grated into your meals or drinks) will support your immune system along with vitamin D (sun exposure, fish and  full-fat dairy)
It was September 2015 when I got my terminal notice and still here to tell the tale.
