  • Hi lamia ... oh hunny ... no wonder your so angry ... thankfully you thought of a way to get tested ... it's really cruel ... and I just wanted to say, l knew I had a lump 2 years before it came out from a chest x ray, and I was pretty sure it was cancer ... and I'm still here 8 months post mastectomy... and doing o.k ...

So I've got everything crossed for you, and now you know, you get angry with that cancer and get ready to take the ******* on ..  I've got a pair of boxing gloves spare for you ... it's a rollercoaster ride ... but there's lots of us breast cancer ladies on this ride with you ... so when it gets tough, look round wer all there with you ... l hope you get help with little ones, have you family ... it may be idea to ring McMillan for advice on that ... or maybe they can offer practical help ... put the name in search engine and you'll find their number ... they are there Mon to Fri and you can talk to someone ...

Please let us know how you go ... my thoughts are with you ... and I just hope some lessons are learned for your g.p s    ... hold on hunny ... Chrissie

  • Hi Lamia, Be strong now, the good thing is yoh are going to start the treatment soon. Hopefully you’ll get things sorted and start chemo without problems. I was diagnosed earlier this year, but took 6 weeks for a referal from the GP, And GP also suggest that it is nithing and that i’m too young. I can imagine your whole year journey. Hang in there ok. X
