I am so sorry that you are in this situation.
I have no specific information as each individual's cancer is unique to them and only the doctors are in a position to determine possible treatments.  I believe that immunotherapy is relatively new and not everybody would benefit from it - depends on the actual cancer.  If it is possible for your partner I'm sure the doctors will discuss it with you.
I know I panicked when I was first told I had cancer and was prepared to go along with anything suggested - including chemotherapy which was offered 'just in case'.
I really regret agreeing to it - sometimes the treatment and after effects can be worse than the cancer itself.
The cancer industry is very orientated towards the known treatment of surgery, chemicals and radiation.
It was only after I was told I was terminal that I started paying attention to my own lifestyle and especially diet -concentrating especially on green leafy vegetables and cutting out carbs and sugar..  i have survived for well over two years now with my terminal notice.
Good luck tomorrow and take a deep breath before agreeing to anything they offer.

Hi Annie they have found her liver has 85% infection of Cancer. We have been told if chemotherapy works she will have 5 years mac. So we are heading g down the chemotherapy  routes very quickly I would think.

I’ve been diagnosed with colon cancer and liver metastasis, they have started me on chemo first and also a drug called panitumumab. Unlike chemo it attacks the tumours direct, might be worth asking about. The would have to do a Rast test first.
