Hello Mark.  Many thanks for your thoughtfulness in posting this here.  To those of us who post here regularly knowledge is always useful.  I have cared for family and friends with cancer and when I first came here only had little snippets of knowledge about the many cancers about which I had no or very little knowledge.  I don't have a great deal now but slowly, slowly I am learning bits and pieces which can only be helpful.  Best wishes to you.  Annie
