Take each day one step at a time ! I've just been diagnosed with breast cancer but have been ill for a week now , exhausted so it must be somewhere else !! I have my docs appointment on the 8th March so ill find out then , the waiting is awful but remember there are so many things they can do now ! Also look at the people that recover or go into remission .Ive been taking all sorts good food etc and smoothies . Hope all goes well xx

Thank you. I was only diagnosed on Monday so I’m waiting for scan appointments. It’s all new to me. I thought I had kidney stones so hearing I had cancer in 3 places came as a massive shock. Although if you would like to share your smoothie recipes I have no idea where to start with the healthy eating. I don’t eat junk much but realise I need to ramp up on super foods. Hi well my daughter makes me carrot smoothies ! Organic carrots some lemon and apples I think !! Look up on line for cancer busting foods there's loads on there ! The waiting I think is worse than anything ! At times my legs are shaking so much I can't cope ! Keep in touch x
