My mum

We have just been told  today that my mum has 6-12 months to live her lung cancer has spread and has effected her nodules. We were told with chemo she could get another 3 months...shes only 60 ....im 37 and in terrible shock how on earth do I go on without my mum? Does anyone believe in completely changing your diet to an almost clean herbal one to try and beat this...as i have seen some stories online

    Not a medic but can understand that your poor Mum's situation is really grim. Yes, you can read stories about different diets to beat cancer, but none that I know if are are backed up with hard evidence. I'm really sorry.  xx Harry

    Hi there Debby...  so sorry to hear about your mum ... life sure is cruel .. I was like you, could never imagine a time in my life without my wonderfull mum who was my best buddy too ... but l lost her to a heart attack suddenly, with no warning ... she was fine in the morning .. at 5.20 that same day she left, and I had no time to say goodbye, or tell her what an amazing mum and nanny she had been to us ..

    But you have the chance I never had ... to hold her hand on this journey she's on .. grab every day with both hands .. talk , hug , and have a few tears together too ... and don't be afraid to both say ..your scared. ... my heart is going out to you ... we do get through ... coz they live in our hearts forever. .
