  • Hi gill .. so sorry your mum and you are going through a tough time at the mo ... you sound a wonderfull daughter, and a blessing to your mum ... all I can say is make every day a memory day ... talk and say all that is in your heart .. and share tears along the way .. it's a time to share past memories and your babies will need you too as they feel things, my mum used to look after my boys and they were more buddies, and adored her ... l found gentle honesty helped them ...

My heart goes out to you all ... hold on tight and try to walk this path together ...be prepared for lots of different emotions, its normal ....and here's hoping she gets lots of time yet ... Chrissie

  • Hello Gill 82.  Sorry to learn of your mam being ill.  I think you need to sort out either from your mam directly or - with her permission given - from her doctor to know where you stand.  As you have realised googling symptoms is not a good idea.  We would all wonder how we were still alive if we did this every time we were unwell.  Painful though it is, generally it is best to know where you stand and the doctor is the person who can tell  you this. This is an awful time for you and we here have great sympathy with your situation.  Best wishes to your family.
