I am sorry to hear about your diagnosis. Try not to be too scared, you can do this. I don't know what your treatment plan will be but if it involves chemo/radiation, you can get through it! It is not pleasant but, I made it through.. I had cervical cancer and although I didn't have surgery, it was still a battle.
