I am sorry to hear about your recent diagnosis. I presume that this must have come as a terrible shock to you? Do you find that your emotions are all over the place since being diagnosed and, do you find yourself crying a lot? These reactions go with the territory for a cancer diagnosis. If you are crying, just let the tears flow, as this is a good stress reliever.
Has your cancer been staged yet and, have you discussed treatment options?
