Hi there ... welcome to our little chat room ... well there's so many different things to take into account .. age ... general health ... family ... maybe good for you too talk with your oncology team about your worries , or there's a free phone on here and mcmillan have one too, where you can speak to qualified nurses who can give you better answers to your questions ... 

I'm not having treatment because my bones are really weak , and my age ... but if I'd have been younger and fitter or still had my kids at home, I would have done anything and everything I could ... I got all the facts and weighed everything up ... but you need to be sure and only you can make this decision...
