My mum diagnosed with 3cm  non occlusive adenocarcinoma of the lower oesophagus on Monday after endoscopy. Stomach and duodenum clear. cT done today. I am terrified that it has metastasised as all the literature poor prognosis. Can anyone help. I have never known pain or fear like this.
