I am sorry to hear about your diagnosis. I myself have not had chemo, so I cannot really help you with this. Can I suggest that you use the search engine on the blue banner at the top of this page? If you insert ‘chemotherapy’ in the box, this will bring up previous posts on the subject, which you might find helpful.
Fortunately, you don’t have much longer to wait until Tuesday. Waiting for the unknown is one of the scariest times of your cancer journey. Do you know where in the lung the tumour is and what stage it is at? Is chemo the only treatment being offered to you, or do you still have to undergo surgery once you have finished your chemo?
