Uncertainity of radiotherapy for rare cancer

Hi.

I was wondering if anyone has experience of vulvar cancer radiotherapy. This is my option after surgery however l have also been told that l can wait as Leiomysarcoma very seldom reappears locall you.

The radiotherapy symptoms are bad in that area with lots of long term side effects. Was wondering if anyone has any knowledge or experience of this rare cancer.
