So I'm due to have an orchidectomy on 04.09.2017 as I could a lump on my right testicle and after scans and things there's a high chance of it being the big C :(   it's 2 days away now so I'm starting to feel pretty nervous and have some questions. 

To anybody that has under gone this how did you feel after the operation and how do you feel after full recovery? Has it effected your sexdrive sexual mobility or fertility 

I could probably ask my GP this but I want to hear it from people that have undergone the same treatment.
