My mum is 72 and has just been diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer that has spread to her lungs lymph nodes and chest wall. I know it's not cureable but don't know yet what treatment she will get if any as we are in the early stages of assessment.  She has further tests this week and I'm so afraid they are going to tell us it's just a matter of time. Also she seems very confused now and disorientated and her mobility has been affected. It's so hard to see her decline so fast
