Always find it best to write down all the questions you want to ask as you forget when you are in the consultation. He is being offered treatment so he is about to fight the cancer. My husband was diagnosed with secondaries from kidney cancer last Sept. He went on immuno therapy for 6 months and has been off it for six months. Will be back on treatment soon but he has managed a full year nearly that he didn't think he'd get. Remember cancers can be treated and be positive and hopefully he will get through this. Many people on this site have lived with cancer for many years so there is always hope. Best wishes to you both. Keep fighting.
