Polytchemia

I have been told for some time that I had myelofibrosis and was sent to Southampton hospital for for possible stem cell transplant, they found a donor and I was scheduled to start treatment September, now I have a new haematologist at Dorchester and he has started all over again and is now telling me it's not myelofibrosis it's PRV. I am so confused and angry I have been seeing consultants for the last nine years and for the last 2years was told it was myelofibrosis how on earth can 4 consultant say the same thing and now my consultant have left a new one has said I have been wrongly informed. I have been all over the place. Has anybody else been wrongly diagnosed? (Forgot to say I also have enlarged spleen 24cm, enlarged liver, hypertension stage 2 and jak2 mutation positive)
