I'm very sorry to hear about your mum and the prognosis she has been given. If you're concerned about the lack of information she has received about what will happen next do try and arrange an appointment with your mum's permission to speak with her medical team to find out more. Many members here have found it really useful to write down all the questions they want answered and take this with them so they won't forget anything they want to know.

Hopefully our members will reply soon to offer their advice but I also wanted to give you our cancer nurses telephone number in case you wanted to discuss this with them. They are available Monday - Friday between 9a.m - 5p.m on 0808 800 4040 which is free to call from the UK.
