Hi all,

I really don't know where to start my mother in law has just been diagnosed with cancer located in her rextum. I honestly don't know how to support her I just seem to act like it's not happening this meaning we still have banter to try and make her feel at ease. I go to the hospital with her instead of her two kids I don't know if this is her way of dealing with it she just prefers me which I don't mind. Every appointment she has been to so far I've told her that she did good and that it's another hurdle we've got over.

She such a brave woman and I'm so proud of her for going thought this. Can anyone give me advise on other ways I can show my support as I don't think what I'm doing is enough. thank you x
