Davinci robotic surgery.  My hubby had those numbers and chose this because once it has been radiated it's very difficult to remove should it come back  hubby is cancer free now for 4,years.  Good luck.      

I too was given the options although my psa was 32 my gleeson was the same I was never given the active watch (probably because my psa was so high) I rejected the surgery option after knowing two people who have had it and have both had problems as well as reading some of the writings on here, as well as on the prostate uk website

I elected for Brachaytherapy and was given the high dose method which was fifteen radiotherapy session and then the one day HDR you can read all about it on my posts as I finished Brachaytherapy ten days ago and I posted from day one and it includes all of the side effects I so far have

No probs I was lucky in a way as the surgeon pointed me in the direction that they thought was best for my case as it had been dicussed at the oncologist meeting where my particular case was dicussed ( amongst many others i'm sure) at which he was present. See if you can find out what was the overall consesus as to the best treatmant for you when they discussed your particular case at the oncologist meeting at your hospital as they would have come to some descion as to what was the best treatmant option for you I am sure.

I hate the way they leave you to make the descision but i suppose we live in a litigation society and they need to cover their backs.
