I was struggling to find answers on mums diagnosis. I wanted someone to be straight with me, even if it was bad news. I was demented. I didnt know the full ins and outs but rang the nurses available on here. They where brilliant. Even though the content of our conversation wasnt positive, it was refreshing to get some clarity and realism ( I felt my parents had been hiding the truth from me ) 

They where so kind, and have a lovely way of putting things across. They sent me some literature to help mum.

Would you advise what should we do to relive his cough from lung cancer?

Thanks Steph. My dad will receive radiation and chemo treatment. Will that cure a stage3b lung cancer or just prolong his life?
