Please can anyone guide me to find a way to improve waiting times for referrals for my husband

He waited four weeks from GP referral to see a consultant, then six weeks to have BCC removal surgery and skin graft to remove growth on side of his nose. Then waited eight weeks to be told removal was incomplete and that further surgery not recommended due to to likely need for reconstructive surgery to nose and mucosal s mechanics. So we have been told he is being referred to radiotherapy but that is another eight weeks waiting. He is going to expire from the stress at this rate!
