Hope your journey ok.and you can cope with you chemo.Last week I been send home and they declined mi my chemo,because last week my woice gone and I went to hospital and they keep me 6days on antibiotics.Now I'm feel better my blad test was ok today and I get second corse of chemo .and on wensdey got appointment with my oncology.wish you all the best
Aww sorry to hear you have been poorly, glad the anti biotics sorted it out. How was your appointment today? My paclitaxel went ok yesterday and dare i say i feel almost normal today. Much better than mixed with carbo, no furniture walking for me lol! Lets hope i havne't peaked too soon.
Thanks for your reply.my appointment went well.doctor happy with resolt after 1chemo my tumor shrink from 2.6 cm to 2cm .have CT scan in february.have carbo and paclitaxel Monday first 2days ok but yesterday and today very tired .when I have only paclitaxel feel normal too.how r you feeling,,?hope you well and you responded to chemo well to .talk to you later .kiss
Ah that's great news to hear! I know my mega tumour starting shrinking after the first dose which was a relief to hear as was over 5cm. My next ultrasound is on the 3 Jan, so not long now and can't feel the tumour anymore.
Yeah still feel OK after paxo on Tuesday. I was worried there was maybe a delayed reaction but all good. Whew! Back on Xmas eve so let's hope the same. My next carbo /taxol has been postponed to 8 jan so given me a 2 week break.
I'm happy for you .good new it's always best .my next carbo/paclitaxel on 6 of January next 2 Monday it's only paclitaxel .hope will feel better tomorrow need to pack Christmas presents eargently .after second chemo got pain where is tumor ,doctor say it's good sign ,chemo working.hope next Christmas it's will be better for us we wil forget about all this.my boys help me a lot
Hope you r doing well .how was your treatment going ? I have tomorrow carbo and paclitaxel and 2 weeks of paclitaxel and I will start EC.if any of you start EC how it's going ? How you feel after ?
I'm doing ok ta, well apart from having a chest infection boo! I went to the docs this morning and got anti biotics that i need to take for a week. My hubby has it too so we are both dosed up. I am due my carbo / taxol on Friday so having my bloods done tomorrow. if they come back clear i can still have chemo on friday as the antibiotics have been in my system for 72hours. So will see eh.
I have 2 x combo's left, including this week so not long now.....
I'm glad to finishe EC as it did make my bones ache. Well i think it was more the injections they give you so i had painkillers and anti histamine before each injection. it did make me more tired than the taxol. I would suggest drinking loads of water and taking your anti sickness tablets esp for the few days after even if you dont feel sick, as once you do its hard to get rid of it.
Sitting in hospital now have carbo and taxol .at the moment doing ok .was waiting long for my kidney function blood test ,it's coming back fine .on 3 of Feb have my ultrasound hope it's will be good news .since start my chemo 2/month ago been in hospital 2time as nutropinic ,but hope no more .hope my EC will be ok ,have 4cicle ,yesterday have phone call from work looking forward to back part time ,because getting crazy at home . waiting to finish all my treatments and go with my boys for holiday .it's dificult and not easy journey but hope can manege and get my normal life back.
