Just worried

i was diagnosed with stage 1 breast cancer in October  and had a lumpectomy 3 weeks ago. Also taking tamoxifen and waiting to start radiotherapy in January.

i have been experiencing tension type headaches and I now worry about any pain in my body. I keep thinking it might be something sinister. I plan to speak to the BCN tomorrow about it but just need reassurance.

    Hi there, I get tension headaches when I'm stressed normally. Maybe it's just the stress of all that you are experiencing at the moment which is understandable. Hopefully you'll be reassured tomorrow.

    I am on 3rd chemotherapy session tomorrow and since I was told I had stomach cancer I've worried about every ache and pain in my body, and like you I had headaches. I think it's all the tension and worry but hopefully once you know more this will ease. Try to get some fresh air, keep busy and try lavender oil ? My sister bought me one of the diffuser type machines it's very relaxing x Hope everything goes well
