Hi everyone :)

My 79 year old mum was diagnosed yesterday with Double Hit Lymphoma after finding a lump in her groin in August which is now the size of a grapefruit, she has multiple lumps all over.  It's been a rapid decline over the past 2 weeks, severe weight loss, complete loss of strength, no appetite. She had a heart scan last week to see if she would be ok for R-CHOP but her heart was found to be weak so part of the regime is being substituted. The consultant has told us that they would treat her but prognosis is not that good because DHL is hard to treat. Would they put her through R-CHOP if there was no hope?
