Hi I have recently had lobe on left lung removed but it was not a Tumor I have been informed the mass was possibly multi focal pulmonary malt lymphoma the lung tissue showwednodula infiltrate by cd 20positive B cells I don't understand much of this jargon can anyone explain in plain English Mal x
